M.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Natalya has been a BCBA with ICAN Bel-Red since September 2021. Before that she was a behavior technician at our Lakemont location. Natalya discovered the field of ABA back in 2017 and became fascinated with the use of behavioral strategies to teach cognitive, language, social, and self-help skills. She made the decision to return to school for her Master’s Degree in Special Education at the University of Washington and became a BCBA. She has worked with learners ages 18 months to 18 years across all settings. Her primary focus is to identify goals for her clients and their families that will improve quality of life, promote independence, and inspire meaningful engagement with their environments.

Outside of work Natalya enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing board games, solving any and every kind of puzzle, studying winemaking, and exploring the PNW with her German Shepherd named Otto.
