Access Your ICAN Patient Portal
Please use the link below to access your ICAN Patient Portal.
You can use the portal to check your rehab & evaluation appointments, update your contact information, download therapy and evaluaton reports, and upload documents such as insurance cards, external evaluations, referrals, and release of information forms.
If it is your first time accessing the portal, please enter your email address on the login screen and click the Forgot Password button to send a password reset link. Each authorized representative (parent or caregiver) can login with their own email address and password.
If you need to change your email address, update information for other caregivers, or if you can't login, please call 425-657-0620 Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Key Features for caregivers
- View the next 15 appointments (excluding ABA)
- Update contact information and add new contacts
- View initial evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes, and discharge reports
- Upload documents including insurance cards, external evaluations, referrals, and release of information forms
- View documents sent from therapists including reference, instruction, and home activity
- Requesting appointments for evaluatons for new services, makeup appointments, etc.
Things to contact the clinic for
- Updating email addresses
- Updating contact information for contacts not listed in Additional Contacts Record
- Checking ABA schedules
- Rescheduling and cancelling appointments. Please contact cancellations@i-can.center for any cancellations with your child's full name, date of birth, and date details.
- Updating insurance or payment information
- Obtaining therapy notes for sessions not listed in Visit Summaries
- Help logging in (if password reset email is not found, search mail or check junk mail for a message from no-reply@i-can.center)
General Information
- Change accounts by clicking the drop-down menu in the top right corner, primary contacts will have access to their parent account and must switch to the child account to view appointments and documents
- Families with multiple children attending ICAN can switch between child accounts by clicking the drop-down menu next to "Change Account"" in the top right corner
- Any parent or caregiver can login to the portal with their own email address and password
- The portal can be accessed regardless of your schedule status

Appointments
- Click Print Appointment Card to get a list of the next 15 appointments, excluding ABA sessions
- Select Request Appointment to schedule a make-up appointment. You can view provider availability and filter by date, time, location and provider. Then select the time you'd like and add details about the type of appointment you’re requesting (e.g., Make-up speech therapy appointment). ICAN staff will reach out to clarify and/or confirm your appointment. Once confirmed, no further action is required.

Personal Info
- Includes the child’s name and the address and phone numbers of the primary contact
- If you make changes to this information, it will be synced to your account once ICAN staff review the changes

Contact Info
- All parents, caregivers, and anyone authorized to pick up your child should be listed in the “Registered Contacts”
- Registered Contacts cannot be edited in the portal, but Additional Contacts Records can
- To add a contact click View Additional Contacts Record and fill out their information, mark them as an Authorized Representative only if they should have access to the Patient Portal and health information within
- Referring doctor, primary care physician, and patient employer can be ignored, they are not required
- If you make changes to this information, it will be synced to your account once ICAN staff review the changes

Insurance Info
- View active insurance plans on file with ICAN so that the information can be kept up to date
- For new insurance plans, upload pictures of the front and back of the insurance card to Records ⇾ Upload Documents, be sure to include a message indicating whether or not the current plan is remaining active
- Contact the clinic as soon as possible when an active insurance plan will become inactive

- Medical History
- Complete and update medical history information whenever prompted by your child’s therapist, or when there are significant updates to medications, allergies, or other medical conditions.
- Allergies
- Please list any allergies your child has here
- Patient Education
- Includes documents shared by therapists and administrative staff
- Visit Summaries
- View initial evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes, and discharge reports (double click the record or click the edit button to open a note)
- Upload Documents
- Upload documents into your patient chart such as insurance cards, evaluations from other clinics, IEP reports, and release of information forms
- Include a brief comment or instructions in the message
