Sydney Warren, MS, OTR/L
Lead Occupational Therapist
Making her way to the PNW from Chicago, Sydney “Syd” began her ICAN career in 2021. She loves spending time with her dog, Simon, and watching horror movies. Her clinical special interest area is supporting neurodiverse children with a Persistent Drive for Autonomy (PDA) profile and their families. Syd acknowledges that children are not defined by their challenges or behaviors. Instead, she aims to maximize their strengths and determine the tools and environments that help them thrive. Throughout her time at ICAN, she regularly teaches OT/OTA students and participates in the mentorship program.

Natalya Zwar, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Natalya has been a BCBA with ICAN Bel-Red since September 2021. Before that she was a behavior technician at our Lakemont location. Natalya discovered the field of ABA back in 2017 and became fascinated with the use of behavioral strategies to teach cognitive, language, social, and self-help skills. She made the decision to return to school for her Master’s Degree in Special Education at the University of Washington and became a BCBA. She has worked with learners ages 18 months to 18 years across all settings. Amanda Shen, LABA
