Jamie Mills , M.A., BCBA, LBA ABA

Jamie grew up in Woodinville, Washington. She always knew she wanted to work with kids, but just didn’t know in what capacity. She started out wanting to become a teacher, but decided not to pursue that career. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington.

After that, she worked at various nannying, preschool, and daycare jobs until she found a job posting at ICAN (then Lakeside Center for Autism). She didn’t know much about ABA but was excited about the new opportunity, and soon fell in love with the field.

While working at ICAN, she pursued her M.A. in Special Education with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, and became a BCBA at ICAN in 2015. In 2018 she moved into a leadership role in the company, and in 2021 became the Director of ABA Services.

Outside of work, Jamie likes to spend time with her husband and 2 dogs, go geocaching, and play board games with friends!
