SUMMER CAMPS 2017

PEAK is a summer camp for kids ages 5-10 who would benefit from support to complete educational activities in a structured environment and access community field trips. Monday-Wednesday camp will be held at Lakeside. During these days the children will participate in a variety of educational activities in the categories of math, science, reading, writing, and art. They will also have support to appropriately interact with peers and engage in play. Every Thursday we will take the kids on a community field trip.

Session 1: June 19th -July 6th

Session 2: July 10th -July 27th

Session 3: July 31st  -August 17th

Cost

$1150/session

$3100 for all 3

STAR +

Summer Training Athletic Readiness

STAR is a summer camp for kids ages 5-10 who would benefit from physical and social support in sport activities. The program will run Tuesday-Thursday from 9am-12pm. We are excited to announce our partnership with Arena Sports. This will give the kids in the STAR program an opportunity to interact with typically developing peers. This camp will provide training in a variety of recess and P.E. sports and it will teach appropriate loosing and participation skills. The group will be run by Stephanie Lee, one of our Occupational Therapists.

Structure

Tuesday:

9am: Drop off at Lakeside

9-10:30: Prep for the week/skills training

10:30-10:45:  Walk to Arena Sports

10:45-12: Sports Camp w/ typically developing peers at Arena Sports

12pm: Pick up at Arena Sports

 

Wednesday & Thursday:

9am: Drop off at Arena Sports

Sports Camp w/ typically developing peers at Arena Sports

12pm: Pick up at Arena Sports
